The ground floor consists of a spacious living room that includes a three-part seating area, coffee table and LCD TV. Some interesting miniature prints adorning the neighboring walls, while the floors are completely covered with quality ceramic tiles. Exceptionally designed wooden table on a high pedestal and two bar stools, and set a board with chess figures, are an excellent opportunity to test your favorite tactics. The kitchen is separated from the rest of the room by a supporting pillar and the bar. Equipped with a standard cabinets, large fridge and electric stove, and modern coffee maker. The bathroom is very elegant, lined with high-end tiles pleasant neutral colors, containing basic sanitary facilities and a shower. Right next to the kitchen counter, there are spiral stairs that lead to the upper level apartments. There are two bedrooms, one double and one with two single beds and a private bathroom. Behind the house, in the yard, a swimming pool is built with supporting equipment as well as comfortable chairs and umbrellas. Here you can relax after a swim and enjoy cold drinks, fast food or proverbial card game in the company of loved ones. In the second part of this beautiful property, there is a fully functional Jacuzzi tub and sauna, which is a treatment for your body and spirit in every sense rounded. The surrounding vegetation, birds, along with the pleasant sensation of bubbles after hot air sauna, are more than sufficient to complete detoxification and relaxation.

This apartment with jacuzzi is located in a very convenient location, first taking into account the proximity of the airport Nikola Tesla. Only ten minutes by car takes to the Sava quay, if any part of the day or night you want to spend in the wider society. To the city center it will take you more than 20 minutes. Please note that the owner allows the use of swimming pools, sauna and Jacuzzi but not as an exclusive right to the accommodation. Presence of 12 people a day at the pool is enabled, guests using accommodation are counted. In case you want exclusive use, the price will include costs of hiring security guards. Due to the extraordinary conditions of residence, this villa with pool is an excellent accommodation for a family, two couples or a group of friends.

The interior of the villa is modernly designed and consists of a living room and kitchen on the ground floor and two bedrooms upstairs. For the total comfort of guests, the facility has a toilet and shower on both levels. The ground floor is decorated with a fireplace.

Price list:

Renting a house with an overnight stay is possible only for families of up to 5 members, and in that case, if an overnight stay is used, it is not possible for people from outside to come to the facility. Price per night: 240 €. Entry at 13:00, exit at 11:00 the next day.

For every other gathering or a larger number of people (up to a maximum of 20) there is a possibility of daily rent (which cannot be combined with overnight stay):

Date from 10 am (10 am - 8 pm) - 360 €

Loud music is not allowed on the building, only moderate so as not to disturb the neighborhood, only plastic cups can be used around the pool, the building is not pet friendly, during the daily rent you do not get to use the bedroom upstairs. No pyrotechnic devices are allowed. The villa is an oasis that primarily serves as a holiday for body and soul.
