VERSUS is a luxury apartment in New Belgrade, situated in the modern A Block and close to the popular Belville resort. Already the living room presents us with some unforgettable sights: the luxurious semicircular lounge evokes the atmosphere of a fancy nightclub or a five-star hotel penthouse. By the way, the sofa can provide lodging for two visitors, if need be. Right beside is a glass table mounted on thickly decorated pillars, and a bit farther, a large leafy plant. We take note of the elegantly designed wallpaper, ceiling borders and some tactically placed light fixtures. One side of the dividing wall presents a bare-brick texture and a composite shelf, while the other reveals a greatly equipped kitchen. Here we notice the big tiles and the effective black & white veneer on the cabinets. Readily available are some handy items, such as a coffee maker, refrigerator and the latest generation electric stove. When it comes to the bedroom, the excitement is just beginning. Spacious double bed with a gold-black satin coverlet, creates an almost pharaonic feel. The ambience is refreshed by indoor plants and a pearlescent wall, and practically complemented with a dresser and classic hanger. The bathroom is spotless, starting from the first-class ceramics and sanitary facilities, to the immaculate shower stall. There’s a boiler, washing machine, heating grid and rolls of fresh towels at your disposal. The balcony view offers glimpse of the local atmosphere, as the new urban sprawl arises ground-up.

If you’re searching for accommodations in a new building, a better solution than this one would be fairly difficult to find. Airport City business center is ten minutes on foot, and the Delta City shopping mall only two hundred meters away. A fifteen-minute walk through the neighboring blocks leads to the Sava Quay, with an endless string of floating cafes. Considering that this is an apartment with garage, worries about parking and car safety are surely resolved. Access to the other parts of Belgrade is provided by numerous bus and tram lines, which regularly stop near the building. As a unique lodging for two visitors or a small group of friends, apartment VERSUS is the definition of cool. Seriously recommended.
