What lies before you is a very comfortable and tastefully designed two-room apartment, suitable for up to four guests. Interior is decorated in minimalist style, with a superb lighting arrangement, which is most evident in the living room. Ceiling with halogen bulbs and backlights is truly masterfully done. The sidewall has rectangular recesses acting as pedestals for a series of porcelain figurines. The opposite wall sports a pleasant ocher shade and LED TV on a simple white shelf. Lazy bag replicates the wall color and nicely complements the entire setting. Next, there’s a sumptuous corner sofa which can serve as a double bed, if need be. The dining set radiates similar pastel tones and easily accommodates four guests. In the bedroom, we note a yellowish wall partition and curtain, with symmetrical wall lamps. A cozy double bed in striking black-and-white and a composite wardrobe are at your disposal. The kitchen comprises a lovely painted tiles and a combination of floor and overhead cabinets. Available equipment includes a high-end fridge, stove, electric kettle and dishwasher. The bathroom boasts high quality ceramics, with bicolor tiles and and an impressive horizontal stripe. As for the practical equipment, there’s basic sanitation, washing machine, water heater and an oval shower cabin.

Situated literally at the beginning of King Alexander Boulevard, the apartment provides a very easy access to the city’s popular sites. Tashmaidan and the Church of St. Mark are behind the building, while the Pioneer Park, Nikola Pasic Square and Serbian Parliament take maybe five minutes on foot. Further up the Boulevard, Faculty of Law and Vuk’s monument are a few stops via public transport. Adjacent streets Takovska and Kneza Milosha offer a number of bus and trolley routes to Belgrade’s outer reaches. Terazije Square and the very center are a ten-minute walk.
