STEAMER is a fair priced apartment in the city center, located a hundred meters from the Student Square. Structured as single-bedroom lodging, this apartment could be described with only two words: luxury and extravagance. Elements of classic lounges, period furniture and fine arts are so impressive that it leaves us bewildered. The living room is spacious enough to include both the seating area and a beautiful dining segment. There’s a comfy armchair, lavish sofa with soft cushions and a glass table equipped with a coffee set. The segment is enriched with artistic paintings and a silver-plated mirror frame. The lighting ranges from discrete wall lamps and candlesticks, to flashy chandeliers with crystal trinkets. Through a wide arched passage we now enter the lounge, which is another feast for the eyes. The satin coated sofa, baroque table and valuable painting, will make you feel like a count. With an angular glass shelf, antique lampshades and ornate chandelier, the impression is truly unforgettable. Right beside are the sliding plexiglas doors, adorned with black & white flowers. A peek behind it reveals a phenomenal bedroom, furnished with a sizable double bed and massive dresser. We also note the refined lamps, zebra bedding and an impressive artwork above the headboard. These sites are certainly worth of a cell phone recording and online sharing. Your Facebook friends would be delighted. The kitchen has a pair of wall cabinets and some modern appliances, like toaster, electric kettle, fridge and stove with exhaust hood. The gray veneer and metallic surface of the high-tech devices add a futuristic touch to the ambiance. Also, the kitchen is connected to the dinette through an arched wall opening, making it easy to deliver food and drinks. The bathroom and the toilet are styled in pink/blue tiles, respectively. There’s a boiler, shower with protective curtain and a washing machine at your disposal The terrace faces the courtyard and provides a quiet and relaxed atmosphere.

With a great location in the heart of the old town, come numerous possibilities for daytime and evening activities. Kalemegdan Park, Zoo, Skadarlija, Republic Square and Knez Mihailova, all the classic sites are less than ten minutes on foot. The prestigious Strahinjica Bana Street is literally steps away, and along with it, many bars, restaurants and night clubs. Two corners down is the Tsar Dushan Street, where you can catch a tram or bus to various parts of the capital. Further down the Dorcol street, you can easily reach the Danube quay and the Milan Gale Mushkatirovic sports center.
