Apartment PALM is an excellent apartment for rent in Belgrade, located in Dorcol’s Cara Dusana street. This one bedroom apartment offers optimum comfort at very reasonable price. The living room is free of any unnecessary applications, and equipped with luxurious corner sofa, which can be transformed into a bed for two. Its uncomplicated design, with a pleasant combination of gray upholstery and the light blue pillows, fits perfectly with the photo of Kalemegdan fortress statue “Winner” at a clear sky and fluffy clouds.This color-theme continues through the bluish white mat on a robust coffee table that complements the corner for sitting. The opposite end of the room is equipped with a large LCD TV which is installed on the wall surface, and just below it there is the dining table set for four people. From the overall experience of the room we must not be sidelined from premium flooring and doors and doorways in similar natural woody nuances.The living room opens directly into the bedroom, where it becomes obvious why the apartment brings such a tropical name. Blow-up photo of palm tree by the appropriate marine environment covers the entire surface of the headstone of the wall and gives the whole room wonderful exotic atmosphere. One glance at the impressive wall photo is enough to beam thoughts on the sandy beach of the Seychelles or Mauritius. After the virtual swimming in a tropical sea, the perfect spot for relaxation and a view on the LCD TV will provide you with a spacious double bed, framed with two bedside tables and two lamps with cute checkered lampshades. Off to the side there is a large closet refreshed black and white blocks veneer and vertical mirror. Great place to store clothing, but also a nice reflection of bed acrobatics. The kitchen is very comfortable, unusually wide for one-bedroom apartments and equipped with a large two-piece refrigerator, electric stove and dishwasher.  Unobtrusive creamy color ceramic, with a matt black elements and applications of sandblasted glass, makes this department very pleasant to perform culinary activities. The bathroom is very elegant, primarily due to a combination of black and white tiles and modern sanitary design. There is a concealed toilet tank with modern activation panel, then washing machine, water heater and the shower. Finally, access to a spacious terrace brings an interesting perspective and intermezzo in the fresh air.

Town center as the location of this apartment allows easy access to the main capital's attractions. Student’s square is barely five minute walk and so are the Zoo, Kalemegdan and Skadarlija. Popular La Strada, Strahinjica Bana Street is the first parallel street from the Cara Dusana Street, practically a few steps from the address. A ten minute walk down the street is leading to the Danube quay and the sports center Milan Gale Musaktirovic.
