NEMANJINA is a luxurious apartment in the center of Belgrade, located just a couple of steps from the Slavija Square. It would hardly be exaggerated to say that before you lays one of the city’s most sought-after apartments. First class materials, superb conceptual design and all-around comfort and functionality, confirm that you’re in the right place. Starting off with the living room, we find a strong safari theme setting the ambiance. Black leather armchairs, leopard-skin sofa and a rawhide rug, all give an impression of strength and potency. Our attention is particularly drawn by a massive “tree of life” and a bee-hive shaped chandelier. As for the woodwork, there’s a beautifully stylized round table with a high gloss lacquer top. A couple of discretely lit abstract paintings are a tasteful addition to the overall atmosphere. Crossing over to the bedroom, we encounter a minimalistic setting with a spectacular 3D art installation and an angled platform bed. How good is the feeling when you share this tripped out crib with your loved one? Hard to describe unless you try it personally. The second bedroom contains a puffy double bed with satin sheets and bolster pillows, just perfect for a late morning lounge. To make it an absolute delight, there’s a bed tray ready for serving coffee and breakfast. Armchairs with a coppery dressing are as comfy as they are aesthetically pleasing. Liveliness and warmth of the room is completed with a packed bookshelf and a free-standing coat rack. Now, we enter the the dining room which consists of a black matte table and four chairs. A complimentary bowl of fruit and a bottle of champagne are awaiting you here. The kitchen is so brilliantly lit that the cabinets simply shine. All imaginable appliances are at your disposal: fridge, toster, kettler, stove, microwave and a dishwasher. Essential spices and coffee mugs are neatly placed on the shelves. The bathroom is fairly spacious and equipped with A class mother-of-pearl tiles. Sink and toilet installations are elegantly masked, making the room more pleasant to the eye. Besides the shower stall and laundry basket, there’s a shelf with stacks of clean towels and a first-aid kit. Also, the apartment has an additional restroom equipped with basic sanitation. Finally, the balcony with ivy-leaved railing and flower boxes brings a peaceful air of the backyard.

The Slavija Square is a grand intersection, with numerous tram, bus and trolley routes connecting the city’s outer reaches. A few minutes walk will take you to the Manjež Park, Belgrade Palace and St. Sava Church, while the downtown center is reachable within a ten-minute stroll. The Clinical Centre of Serbia and Tiršova children’s hospital are less than a hundred meters away.
