This is a tastefully designed and elegant studio, suitable for up to three visitors. The overnight segment presents a series of photographs with separate lighting, making the whole setting resemble an art gallery. As for accommodation, there’s a massive double bed and a comfy sofa which can serve as a single bed. LED TV is wall mounted to provide the best viewing angle and maximum space saving. The following segment of the apartment is the mini lounge with kitchen, both extremely pleasant and crafty. It features a couple of armchairs and a coffee table, also multiple shelves with bonsai trees and micro cacti. A truly nice spot for morning coffee or a drink before the evening meal. The kitchen part is equipped with floor ceramics, overhead cabinets and several modern appliances. Fridge, stove, microwave, kettle, toaster and juicer are ready to use, while the mugs and wine glasses are neatly stacked on the shelves. Passing through the corridor, we notice a finely made cabinet with a coat rack, mirror and wonderful bonsai pot plants. The bathroom is super functional, given that it contains basic sanitation, boiler and hot tub in a rather confined space. Special feature is a separate LED TV that you can watch while bubbles and water jets massage your body. Finally, for a breath of fresh air, there’s a spacious courtyard terrace equipped with a small seating arrangement.

The location is close to the Holiday Inn Express hotel and the Zira shopping center, while Vuk's monument and King Alexander Boulevard take a five-minute walk. The subject, as well as the neighboring Cvijiceva street, offer a wide range of useful bus and trolleybus lines. The Republic Square can be reached in about ten minutes.
