Rent-a-flat KINOTEKA is an extraordinary apartment in downtown Belgrade, overlooking the Student Square. This is a very spacious and elegant two-bedroom lodging, with enough sleeping capacity for six visitors. The living room is equipped with a fine corner suite, which can also be used as double bed, if needed. Besides the double coffee-table and wall-mounted LED TV, we especially emphasize the chandelier of peculiar design. Other accommodations include a round dining table with accompanying chairs and a classic double bed. Our attention is drawn to the orange-painted sidewall and the wall window that lets us take a peek into the kitchen. In addition to being well equipped, the kitchen also has a separate breakfast table with chairs. Also, a range of cabinets with natural wood texture and smoked glass partitions are at your disposal. Practical equipment includes a stove, microwave, kettle, dishwasher, fridge and a host of cups, glasses and other useful dishes. Whether you prefer a quick snack, drink or a full meal, here you’ll have all the conditions to prepare them. Both bedrooms are equipped with French beds, colorful sheets and closet with sliding doors. Showcases, armchairs and herbal arrangements make these interiors perfect for relaxation after an intense tour of the city. The bathroom doesn’t match the aesthetic experience of the previous departments, but it is well equipped and functional. Ready to use is a classic bathtub, boiler, heating grid and washing machine. Also a hairdryer might come in handy. Note that the apartment has a separate toilet.

Far from exaggeration, this is one of the best locations on the agency market. All the classic city sites are within a few hundred meters: Kalemegdan Park, Knez Mihailova Street, The Republic Square, Terazie Square. Literally a few steps away is the Ethnographic Museum and the famous Vanilla night club. A walk around the Student Park is always pleasant and refreshing. If you travel by car, the building doesn’t provide private parking, so the public garage Obilicev venac might be a viable solution.
