Apartment KATY is an impressive accommodation in the city center, located close to the Botanical Garden. It is a two bedroom apartment with a tastefully decorated interior and a capacity for up to five guests. The application of intense colors gives a charming vibe to this ambience. The entire supporting wall of the living room is painted orange, enabling the assorted black shelves to come to the fore. A plethora of collectors' items, like figurines and books, really humanize the space, adding to the overall impression of liveliness and domestic warmth. In such a beautiful environment you can enjoy reclining on a comfortable couch, which, if necessary, can accommodate two people for an overnight sleep. There is an additional armchair, which can be easily transformed into a comfortable single bed. Another convenience is an improvised working space composed of triangular table and stool, placed in the corner of the room. Moving across the room, we reach the bar enclosing the kitchen space. Along with a cheerful ceramic “orangeade” and series of kitchen cabinets, here we find a fridge, flat cooktop, microwave and an electric kettle. The dining segment allows enough space for a nice five-piece dinner setting. Bedroom replays the orange-wall leitmotif, amplified by a colorful quilt of the double bed. The entire wall above the headboard contains multiple wardrobes, providing more than enough space for unpacking and disposing of the excessive clothes. The bathroom is just lovely, as it introduces red&white tiles and a really joyful atmosphere. Furthering the comfort, there’s a luxurious shower stall at you disposal. Basic sanitation is equally impressive, especially the sink and the elongated mirror. Boiler and mini washing machine are also checked and ready for use.

A mildly secluded location is what makes this apartment great for resting, especially after a long night of clubbing. This fairly quiet and serene neighborhood offers you a number of local amusements. Café "Druga kuća" is just around the corner, while the botanical garden "Jevremovac" is located across the street. The famous bohemian quarter “Skadarlija” can be reached within a ten-minute walk, or a few stops of the public transport. Sports hall "Pionir" and the Pancevo bridge are three bus stops away, in the opposite direction. The transverse Cvijićeva Street gives you easy access to trolleybus lines (28, 40). Almost tailor-made for a group of friends who know how to party, apartment KATY is an absolute hit!
