Apartment INSTITUTE is an ultra cheap accommodation in Belgrade, located close to the St. Sava plateau. Structured as a single-bedroom flat, this rental is synonymous to moderation and natural ease. The living room is characterized by pastel colors, especially cream and green, as evident in the peculiar "grass" carpet. With a corner suite and a sofa available, four guests can be comfortably accommodated. As for the carpentry, there’s a typical coffee table and a low dresser with a LED TV. The overall ambience is shaped by the bright-green curtains and a couple of wall-mounted lamps. For having meals and drinks, there’s a four-piece dining set with first class upholstery. The kitchen is cleverly stacked in a niche and equipped with a stove and fridge. Smallish tiles and neon lighting create a pleasant working atmosphere. The bedroom is air-conditioned and enriched with some interesting details. Artful cityscape and a long mirror establish an aesthetic balance by adorning the opposite walls. The double bed looks and feels very cozy, particularly the lavish headboard; bedside tables are actually the integral part of this composition, bearing a pair of cute mini lamps. In the hallway, we encounter a wardrobe compartment in the form of a triple closet with mirror and drawers; some of your clothing you can certainly put on the finely crafted hanger. The bathroom features beautiful blue-and-white tiles and a marvelous mirror frame. Along with the basic sanitation, there’s a shower cabin with a protective curtain, at your disposal.

A great location near the Sv.Sava Church is surely one of the main advantages of this rental. Karadjordjev Park is a few steps away, Slavija Square maybe five minutes on foot. Children's Hospital “Tirsova” and the Clinical Center of Serbia are about two hundred meters away. The traffic roundabout “Autokomanda” and the city center are a few stops via public transport.
