Apartment INDIGO is a very affordable accommodation in the center of Belgrade, located across the street from the Belgrade Youth Center. Two-room by structure, the apartment offers great comfort and discreetly designed interior. The initial impressions of the living room certainly belong to a giant fern and brick texture sidewall. We also notice the small Persian carpets and block-design of the large carpentry items. On the practical side, there are double curtains, LED TV, air conditioning, cozy two-seater and a sofa. The latter can be used as a double bed, if the circumstances require. The bedroom is fairly simple, as it contains only a double bed, dresser and a small cabinet. Miniature room lamp and herb jars nicely refresh the ambience. Kitchen is very modern and superbly functional. There’s enough room for both the kitchen cabinets and the mounted dining table. Our attention is drawn by the combination of light and dark-gray veneer, as well as the wall cabinets with smoked glass hatch. Useful equipment includes a fridge, cooktop, microwave, paper towels and some cooking utensils. Bathroom is perhaps the most aesthetically pleasing segment of the apartment, given its first class tiles, mat and shelf with decorative items. Along with the basic sanitation, there’s an oval shower stall with wood footing and a towel dryer at your disposal. For a refreshing pause, all you need to do is step out on the decorated terrace. Uniform pots with lovingly kept plants and a view of the cityscape can be a pleasant interlude.

This is undoubtedly one of the best locations on the rentals market. Literally next to the building is the famous Politika daily, while the Republic Square and Knez Mihailova Street take a few minutes on foot. A hundred meters down the street is the legendary Skadarlija, and a bit further, the Cetinjska Street as the new clubbing hotspot. Terazije Square, Nikola Pasic Square and the National Assembly are within a ten-minute walk. Bars, pubs and fast food places are on every corner. The nearby Despot Stefan Boulevard offers a host of useful public transport routes. Suitable for two couples or a group of four friends, apartment INDIGO brings the downtown at the palm of your hand.
