Rent-a-flat GRIMM is an affordable apartment in New Belgrade, located in the popular Belville resort. This is a tastefully designed and cozy single-bedroom apartment, ideal for two but also comfortable for four guests. We begin our mini tour in the living room, where we encounter a nice lounge comprising a sofa, footrest, coffee table and dresser with LED TV. If needed, the sofa can be easily folded out and used as a double bed. The ambience is refreshed with orange details and reflexive surface of the wardrobe, which mirrors the seating set and creates a stunning spatial illusion. Cityscape photo and several art drawings are interesting enough to hold our attention and stimulate imagination. The orange theme is continued in the second part of the room, featuring a color intensive table cloth and an elegant dinette. Pleasant moments over drinks, chatter and light dinner are the best way to summarize the day. The kitchen is directly connected to the living room and very well equipped. A set of overhead cabinets, fridge, dishwasher and stove with cooktop are at your disposal. Top quality floor and wall ceramics give the whole segment a sense of neatness and cleanliness. The bedroom is reduced to basic accommodation, meaning, a dresser and comfy bedspread with simple wooden structure. Late morning snooze and snuggle with that special person? Why not. The bathroom presents a standard bathtub with protective curtain, also a heater, washing machine and basic toiletries. Everything is impeccable and ready to use. The balcony is definitely worth a mention, as it opens up a view of the jogging trail and landscaped playground.
