Rent-a-flat AVIV is a cheap apartment in Belgrade, located in the Zvezdara municipality, near the city’s Eastern Gate. It features a brand new and modern interior, designated for up to three guests. The living room presents a super comfortable sofa that can be used as a single bed, if needed. Right beside is a simple coffee table, followed by a makeshift bar with two elegant stools. We’re taken by the suspended tulip-shaped lamps and tasteful magenta color veneer. The kitchenette is tiled in ceramics and equipped with a series of overhead cabinets. Useful devices include a fridge, stove with cooktop and a dishwasher. The equipment is not very versatile, but still you can easily prepare a casual meal or beverage. The bedroom offers a beautifully lit, almost fairytale-like ambience, which is the effect of the descended ceiling with backlighting and fabulous chandeliers. We’re pretty sure there’s nothing similar on the market, so a snap photo for your Instagram feed would be quite the exclusive. As for the practical features, there’s a comfy bedspread, small nightstand and a convenient office corner where you can set up your laptop. The bathroom is a bit cramped, but otherwise impeccable. In addition to basic sanitation, there are shampoos, baths, clean towels, shower stall, boiler and washing machine. A nice garden set awaits you on the terrace, in case you desire a view and some fresh air with your morning coffee.

The east gate of Belgrade and King Alexander Boulevard are the main landmarks. Also close by is the illustrious Aviv Park, modern complex hosting both retail and business firms.
