This is an overtly practical and simply equipped studio, suitable for up to three visitors. There’s a comfortable double bed and pull-out sofa as an additional lodging. We notice the effort put in choosing carpets and cushions in matching colors and a handful of beautiful figurines. The carpentry is pretty solid and includes a coffee-table, shelf for LED TV and a standard dresser. A wicker basket and vase with flowers nicely enrich the ambience. Metallic loom with hangers is very functional, as it replaces the usual wardrobe. Now, lets take a closer look at the kitchen: in addition to the typical cabinets, it has enough room for a proper dining table. Available equipment includes a cooker, mini fridge and coffee machine, which is enough to cover the basic needs. For a moment, our attention is drawn to the art-print with captions from the "life philosophy" domain. The bathroom is equipped with a shower cabin, basic sanitation and a pleasant combination of cream and dark red tiles. Another attraction is a reed-enclosed terrace and puzzle-themed flooring. Very unusual and potentially interesting for our youngest visitors.

The location is mildly secluded from the downtown area, but the main sites are still easily accessible. Botanical Gardens and the bohemian Skadarlia take just a few stops by city bus. The Panchevo Bridge is very close, which is convenient for those of you who need transit accommodation. In addition to the aforementioned sports hall, the iconic Bogoslovia (faculty of theology) and "Karaburma" student dorm are close by.
