Rent-a-flat BISTRICA 1 is an affordable apartment in the center of Belgrade, located near the hotel Zira. This is a very spacious and tastefully designed studio, recommended for up to three guests. Given the sizeable surface area, all segments are fairly spaced. A beautiful art painting, backlighting and room lamp define the lounge portion of the room. Here we have a lavish corner sofa that can also function as a single bed. Right beside is an elegant glass table, followed by composite dresser with LED TV. Open shelf with decorative lamp and micro plant pots, marks the transition into sleeping department. Main feature is certainly the double bed with an antique-style construction and refined ornaments. With compliments of the owner, clean towels await you neatly folded on the bed. The whole arrangement is perfect for resting after an intense tour of the city. The kitchen is tiled in floor and wall ceramics, also equipped with cabinets and fine showcases. Equipment is reduced to a fridge and mini cooker, which is enough to meet the basic needs. Additional benefit is the round table with upholstered chairs, serving as a handy dinette. Surely a convenient spot for having breakfast and coffee. The bathroom contains a classic bathtub, boiler and a nice oval mirror. Everything is neat, clean and ready to use. Note that there is closet in the hallway, with enough room for your spare clothes.

The location is mildly secluded from the strict center, but the usual sites are easily accessible. From the nearby Cvijiceva Street several trolleybus lines ride directly to the Republic Square.
