DELIGRAD is a super affordable apartment in the center of Belgrade, situated less than a hundred meters from the Slavia Square. This is a very comfortable and beautifully designed studio, suitable for up to three visitors. The dominance of dark brown and gray palette creates a very pleasant and relaxed feel. The lounge segment includes a French bed, coffee-table and a two-seater which can be also used as a single bed. In the style of hotel accommodation, a neatly folded set of fresh towels is awaiting you on the bed. We’re impressed by the fantastic light design, especially the descended ceiling with spotlights and luminous backlighting. No less spectacular are the wall recesses with bare brick partitions, decorative items and showcase lighting. Combined with the bluish afterglow of the ceiling, it creates almost an ecstatic mood. Casual meals and drinks can be served on a makeshift dinette, composed of a wall mounted table and a couple of chairs. Right behind is the kitchen segment with finely crafted cabinets and several practical appliances. A fridge, kettle, toaster and high-tech cooker are ready to use. The bathroom presents large diameter and prime quality tiles, along with heating and hydro installation. Shower stall, basic toiletries and a long towel rack are at your disposal.

Significant local sites include the Clinical Center of Serbia and Tirsova Children's Hospital, both easily accessible from the subject street. Slavia Square, the eponymous hotel and St. Sava Church are in close proximity. The main railway and bus station are about ten minutes on foot down the adjacent Nemanjina Street.
