We’re looking at a stylish and comfy single-bedroom accommodation, suitable for up to four visitors. The living room is very spacious and multifunctional. The ambient aesthetics are accentuated by lush drapery and descended ceiling with backlight. Art paintings and figurines exhibit a thematic consistency. The robust mirror with carved silver framing really stands out. Moreover, the atmosphere is enriched with fresh flowers. As for the furniture, there’s a cozy corner sofa which can be used as a double bed, if needed. Across the room, we see a low dresser with a mounted LED TV, along with some refined coffee tables. Makeshift bar with modern stools is set against the side wall, creating a convenient spot for coffee and breakfast. The kitchen niche combines classic cabinets, induction cooktop and a fridge, which meets the needs of short-term accommodation. In the bedroom, we encounter a comfy double bed with selected bedding, which perfectly fits the draperies and exotic art print. In the bathroom, we notice quality ceramics, deep shower tub, boiler and basic sanitary ware. Discreet LED lighting and fresh towels are an added bonus.

We are halfway between the central city streets of Kralja Milana and King Alexander Boulevard. It takes a few minutes to reach Andricev venac, Serbian Assembly, Church of St. Mark and Tashmaidan Park. Slavia and Republic Square are about ten minutes on foot, or one stop by public transport.
