Daily rental BG CENTER 1 is a luxury apartment in downtown Belgrade, located near the City Hall. We’re looking at an impeccably furnished four-bedroom accommodation, suitable for up to twelve guests. This spacious salon combines classic elements like double doors and brown wallpaper with modern furniture and appliances. White coffee table with a thin drawer and glass surface is particularly interesting. Shelves bearing decorative items and black & white photos also enrich the living room ambience. Besides the comfy armchairs, there’s a nice sofa which can serve as an extra bed. The dining set comprises cute benches and table with neatly sorted dishes. Double plates, cutlery, soup bowls and wine glasses are ready for our clients. The whole segment is decorated with fresh flowers, candles and art prints exhibited on the sidewall. The kitchen contains a massive fridge, high-end stove, microwave and kettle, which definitely meets the needs of a short-term stay. Cozy double bed with lots of cushions and padded headrest is available in each bedroom. Wardrobes are also prepared, so there’s plenty of room to unpack your luggage. Romantic atmosphere is implied by a makeup table and wonderful art paintings. Another great benefit is having separate bathrooms assigned to each bedroom. The equipment includes showers, basic toiletry ware and a washing machine. All amenities are sparkly clean and ready to use.

In the evenings, the nearby City Hall and its illuminated facades turn into a real spectacle. The iconic Belgrade Palace, Terazie, Hotel Moscow and Republic Square are five minutes on foot. Kalemegdan Fortress is a few stops by public transport. We suggest a visit to Andricev venac and the Presidential Palace. If you travel by car, the Pionirski Park public garage is the closest parking option. Suited for a larger group of friends, apartment in Belgrade BG CENTER 1 is the optimum hotel alternative. PLEASE NOTE: The apartment has 4 bedrooms with 4 full bathrooms. Each of the 4 bedrooms has its own bathroom. The apartment also has a common living room, kitchen and dining room. Cleaning is charged an additional 80 Euros per reservation. Each guest pays 1.35 Euro per night tourist tax. When entering the apartment, the guest is obliged not to bring guests who are not registered to stay in the apartment, as well as to respect the house rules. Parties are not allowed. The price of the apartment is increased by 50% in the New Year period and the minimum stay is 5 nights. Every additional person after 8th is charged 48 eur per day (Total 10 guests).
