The equipment is somewhat scarce, but surely enough to prepare a light meal, coffee or tea. Cups and basic spices are also available. The bathroom is impeccably clean and very well equipped. Water heater, shower stall, washing machine, basic sanitation and plenty of clean towels are at your disposal.

The nearby Chuburski Park, along with local cafes and bars, are important location traits. The Karadjordjev Park and St. Sava Church are about ten minutes on foot. The Makenzijeva Street offers multiple trolleybus lines that ride to Slavia Square and then continue toward city center.
