Daily rental SPARKLE is a cheap/budget apartment in downtown Belgrade, located near the bohemian Skadarlia. Modestly furnished, but with lots of charm and style, this studio provides lodging for up to four visitors. Natural wood color and various lighting create a very tame and familiar ambience. Right away, we notice the locomotive-themed lamp and a tasteful selection of art pieces. There’s a comfy double bed, cozy armchair and a fold-out sofa at your disposal. Coffee-table, dresser and overhead shelf with LED TV nicely complement the lounge segment of the room. Instead of a typical wardrobe there’s an open coat rack, so you can save your jacket or dress from creasing. Through a wide passage with massive wooden doorjamb, we enter the spacious kitchen. First we come across a neatly arranged dinette, ideal for coffee and breakfast. With compliments of the owner, a bottle of brandy is awaiting you on the table. Similar to the living room there’s a variety of lighting, including reflectors, wall and suspended lamps. The room is tiled in floor and wall ceramics, and equipped with a series of simple white cabinets. With an available fridge, cooktop, toaster and kettle, you can easily prepare a casual meal or beverage. The bathroom is somewhat smaller in size, but impeccably clean and fully functional. Shower, clean towels, basic hygiene and sanitary facilities are ready for guests.

Gundulicev venac is a quiet old town quarter, with short distance to classic city attractions. The closest is Skadarlia, while Strahinjica Bana Street takes a five-minute walk. In the same range are the First Belgrade Gymnasium, Alexander Nevsky's Church and Bajloni green market. The Danube Quay and the Port of Belgrade are ten minutes on foot, same as Republic Square in the opposite direction. Many useful lines of public transport are available from the neighboring street of Tsar Dushan. If you’re seeking a cheap accommodation for two, possibly four, apartment for a day in Belgrade SPARKLE may be just what you need. Kindly recommended.
