Behind the residential blocks, we find the Sava quay with numerous cafes and riverside restaurants. The Delta City shopping center and Belville neighborhood take a few stops by public transport. Sava Center, Usce mega mall and the city center are a 15-20 minute drive. Street parking is outside the charging zone.

The living room features a comfy sofa, armchairs, dresser and mini-bar with drinks; TV, stereo and speakers are also available. Another dresser and large table with chairs are set in the dining room. In the bedrooms, we have two double and one single bed, as well as wardrobes and lamp-lit nightstands.
