Our latest entry is located in the quarter known as Kosancicev Venac, which is basically the historical core of the capital. Classic monuments such as the Residence of Princess Ljubica and the House of Mika Alas are close by. Kalemegdan Fortress, Knez Mihailova Street and Rajiceva shopping center take a five-minute walk. Zeleni venac, Beton Hala and Belgrade Waterfront are ten minutes on foot. Shopping center Usce takes two stops by public transport. The nearby Vojvode Vuka Park is suitable for morning walks, while Savamala offers many opportunities for late night fun. The surrounding streets are home to numerous cafes, bars and restaurants such as Macadam, Trattoria Campania, Znak Pitanja and others. If you travel by car, several public garages are located within a two hundred-meter radius.

Although modest in size, this studio meets all the needs of a short stay. The kitchen section contains a sink, small cooker and overhead shelves with glasses and mugs. The couch is very comfortable and can easily be folded into a double bed. Dresser, LED TV, footrest and table with chairs are also available. The whole ambience is enriched with small-format art prints and photos. In the bathroom, we find basic sanitary ware and a shower stall. All amenities are neat, clean and ready for our guests. One of the apartment’s key benefits is the possibility of using the roof terrace, offering an old fashioned bench and a view that spans different parts of the city. The street itself and the immediate surroundings exude an old town charm with a macadam road and kegs placed in front of a rustic restaurant.
