The downtown is at a notable distance, but not critical for car transport. The Military Medical Academy (VMA) takes a ten-minute drive. Discount store Sunce and supermarket Shop&Go are in the immediate vicinity, so you don't need to worry about supplies. You can stop for a drink and delicious meal by the local Bel Air cafe or the Alofa restaurant. Other service shops include bakeries, hair salons, pet shop and fitness center. Another benefit is the private parking, which requires no extra fee.

The living room offers a pleasant ambience, arranged with LED lighting and elegant furniture. Guests are provided a fold-out sofa, armchair, low dresser and two stylish showcases.
