Right away we notice the quality of woodwork and upholstery, along with colorful details. For example, the living room presents a corner suite made of leather and refined fabric. Yellow pads are added for greater comfort and visual effect. Next comes the classic coffee table and dresser with parts of orange and green veneer. There’s also a single bed with floor drawers that is actually hiding another single bed. A five-piece dining set is placed against the sidewall, so you can comfortably sit down and enjoy your morning coffee. Art paintings with seaside themes are quite impressive. Another landscape painting is placed in the bedroom, along with a double bed and several closets. Clean towels await you neatly folded on the bed. From this room you can directly access a small terrace and have a moment to yourself. In the kitchen, appliances are reduced to an in-built cooker, a fridge and a kettler, which is more than sufficient for cooking needs. Similar to the living room, here we also find refreshing green veneers. Bathroom includes a shower cubicle, water heater, washing machine and basic toiletries. Everything is impeccably clean and ready to use.

The subject area includes the FC Red Star and Partisan stadiums, and represents an important traffic hub. Karadjordje’s Park railway station and renowned Frans restaurant are five minutes on foot. The Clinical Center of Serbia, Tirsova Children's Hospital and St. Sava Church take a few stops by public transport.
