Rent-a-flat AVANTGARDE 5 is a super affordable apartment in New Belgrade, located near the Municipality administration building. This is a very charming and practical studio, recommended for a romantic couple. Discreet lighting, draperies and a beautifully painted pillar create a very intimate and cozy ambience. The neatly crafted floor lamp and low-hanging glass chandelier are quite the eye-pleasing features. Center piece is definitely the spacious double bed, equipped with impeccable linen and large headboard pads. With another two pairs of pillows, the boudoir achieves full comfort. The lamp-lit night tables are set aside and the LED TV right across the room. The corner is decorated with colorful carpet, coffee-table and ergonomic chairs. Perfect spot for a morning coffee shop and planning out your day. There’s a small table with a drawer and footrest, useful for serving light meals or setting up your laptop. The bathroom has solid tiles, shower stall, clean towels and basic sanitary facilities. Everything is neat, sparkly clean and ready for the visitors. Note that there is a large closet in the hallway, giving you plenty of room to unpack. Additional amenities include a proper gym, located on the ground floor.

Considering the local attractions, the new Mercator shopping center is five minutes on foot. The YUBC business-residential complex is also in the immediate vicinity. The downtown is a ten-minute ride by public transport. Due to proximity of the E-75 highway, this lodge is suitable for in-transit accommodation.
