Rent-a-flat ACT is a cheap apartment in the center of Belgrade, close to the Vuk's Monument and King Alexander Boulevard. With as much as seventy square-meter base and a two-room structure, this duplex offers exceptional comfort. First of all, the living room is very spacious and equipped with an elegant lounge suite which includes a sofa, coffee table and a couple of cute footstools. Right across is a simple set of wood-aluminum shelves, supporting LED TV and a stereo. We notice several handmade drawings that enrich the ambience. The opposite wall is open to the kitchen and partially adapted into a mini bar with fold-out chairs. Culinary segment sports high-quality cabinets with natural wood texture. There’s a stove, electric kettle, coffee maker and a couple of handy containers at your disposal. In the bedroom we find a cozy double bed with purple sheets and a set of fresh towels. The roof slopes and unobtrusive brown walls create a very pleasant and relaxed feel. The second bedroom is located on the upper floor and brings an equally serene ambience. Two single beds, built-in wardrobe and a loom for hangers belong to the practical equipment, while the lampoon-like chandelier brings a true ambient refreshment. An interesting detail certainly is the wall-mounted shelf with vertical "rails", where holders can be moved to the desired height. The bathroom is pretty spacious, immaculately clean and equipped with grayish tiles. In contrast, the shower curtain stands out with its blue stripes. Available equipment includes basic toiletries, water heater, washing machine and a floating shelf with cosmetics and hygiene products.

As indicated in the introductory notes, the location naturally gravitates toward the Vuk’s monument. The Slavija roundabout and St. Sava Church are a fifteen-minute walk, while the Tashmaidan park and Hotel Zira take a couple of stops via public transport. A five minute walk is enough to reach the Njegosheva street where you can enjoy a multitude of local cafes and bars. Suitable for two couples or a small group of friends, at a very affordable price, apartment ACT is a sweet deal. Highly recommended.
