Single-bedroom by design, the interior offers salon aesthetics and overnight for four guests. Let’s start from the living room, which has an elegant seating and neatly crafted dresser. If needed, the sofa can be folded out and used as an extra bed. The tall closet and display case are also available. The ceiling ornament, classic chandelier and selection of art paintings enriched the ambience quite nicely. Decorative chandelier is also present in the bedroom, along with the pastel walls and discreet decorations. A comfy double bed is ready for our guests. In the dining room, we have a practical table with four chairs and composite shelf with lots of decorative items. The kitchen section contains classically carved cabinets and a decent selection of appliances. Hefty fridge, kettle, modern stove and microwave are certainly sufficient for modest culinary endeavors. Lastly, the bathroom is sparkly clean and very well equipped. In addition to refined cabinets and mirrors, there’s a shower stall, basic toiletries and washing and drying machines.

Given the location in an attractive part of New Belgrade, the subject apartment is a decent hotel alternative. The Usce shopping center is close by, while the Stark Arena and Sava Center take a ten-minute walk. Hyatt Regency is somewhat of a landmark for this entire area. The downtown is about ten minutes by car, or a few stops by public transport. Note that there’s a landscaped park and children's playground around the building, which is quite convenient if you travel with your kids.
